An Excessive Heat Watch has been issued for most of the North Bay this weekend. The National Weather Service has issued the watch from Friday morning until Sunday night. Except for the coasts, we should expect hot temperatures to accompany low humidity during the day with limited overnight relief. To deal with the heat, you should stay hydrated, take measures to stay cool and do your part to limit the risk of wildfires. You should also never leave kids or pets unattended in vehicles, limit outdoor activities during the day, and use sunscreen. Hot conditions could cause life-threatening impacts or major impacts to commerce or travel.
