Crash Sonoma County Deputy Car near Petaluma 7-10-23 (Sonoma Sheriff)
Three people are injured after a car crashed into the back of a Sonoma County Sheriff deputy’s patrol car. The crash happened as the deputy was conducting a traffic stop in Petaluma on Monday morning. The driver, the deputy, and the driver of the car that was pulled over were all injured. The deputy’s injuries are considered moderate while the injuries to the other two drivers are not clear. The driver who rear-ended the patrol car was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.
