Windsor could impose a time limit on dozens of parking spaces in the downtown area. Proponents of the plan believe it would ease parking problems businesses have dealt with for years. Next week, the Windsor Town Council will discuss a resolution that calls for converting 119 parking spaces into free, short-term parking. There would be 115 three-hour spaces and four 15-minute spaces. The plan is designed to free up more parking spaces more often.
