Petaluma police are issuing a warning after a mountain lion was spotted wandering around near a Kohl’s department store. A number of people reported seeing the big cat shortly after midnight near the store on North McDowell Boulevard. People are advised to call Petaluma dispatch if they spot the mountain lion.
Then this morning, Cotati police issued a mountain lion sighting around Myrtle Drive. They also said that the mountain lion could be heading into Rohnert Park’s L Section.
