We have more info regarding a deadly crash on Highway 116 in east Petaluma. On Tuesday night, a moving van traveling eastbound near Old Adobe Road crossed over the double yellow lines hitting three vehicles. The first car was sideswiped, followed by the van crashing into a Camaro head on before hitting a Jeep. The Carmaro driver from Sebastopol died at the scene while the other two drivers suffered minor to moderate injuries. The van driver was uninjured. CHP is still investigating the crash but drugs or alcohol do not appear to be involved.
