Sixty-Year-Old Man Identified as Pedestrian Who Was Killed in Napa

A man who died in Napa after getting struck by a car has been identified. On the night of July 15th, 60-year-old Heleodor Martinez of Napa was crossing North Kelly Road just south of State Route 29 when he was hit by a car driving northbound. He was pronounced dead at the scene about ten minutes after first responders arrived. Martinez’s cause of death was from multiple blunt impact injuries. The teen driver was not found at fault as she had the right-of-way. She and her passenger were unharmed.
