A 70-year-old man has been arrested in Petaluma after crashing and injuring another driver while under the influence. On Monday night, Douglas Green was driving westbound on Petaluma Boulevard North and made a right turn onto Stony Point Road. At that time, another motorist was traveling southbound on Stony Point Road in the left turn lane. Green made a wide turn and crossed into the southbound lanes of traffic and crashed head-on into the other vehicle. The other driver was injured and taken to a local hospital. Green was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for the crash. He was also charged for driving with a suspended license for DUI.
