Gas prices are still rising in Sonoma County, but not as fast as in recent weeks. The average cost of a gallon of regular is $5.15. That’s a penny more than Wednesday and four cents higher than a week ago. Napa County also has $5.15 a gallon average today, while Mendocino County leads the North Bay at $5.17 a gallon.
