A man from Santa Rosa is behind bars in connection with the death of another man who was found unresponsive across from a hotel in Healdsburg. Romario Cisneros is accused of hitting the 41-year-old victim with a metal object during a fight involving four people on July 3rd. The victim was later found dead in a nearby parking lot. Authorities say the Cisneros’ role in the victim’s death exceeded self-defense. He is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge.
