A mostly naked man has been arrested in Petaluma for having a firearm in public. On Saturday afternoon, police received a call about a naked man walking through Steamer Landing Park. Police found James Francis Johnson of Petaluma, standing next to a vehicle wearing only a black speedo and fur-lined boots. Johnson was on probation and subject to search. During a search of Jonhson’s property, police found a loaded .40 caliber handgun, which had a high-capacity magazine. After a brief struggle, Johnson was arrested.
