Two juveniles and a young adult believed to be part of a gang have been arrested after a chase in Santa Rosa. On Friday evening, an officer attempted to pull over a vehicle in the area of Sebastopol Road and Roseland Avenue. After initially stopping, the vehicle sped away but cops were able to stop the car. The three were arrested and one of the juveniles had a loaded 9mm handgun in his pants pocket. All three were arrested. The driver is identified as 18-year-old Anthony Hernandez.
