Three people are okay after a small plane crashed while landing at Napa County Airport. The FAA says the pilot of the single-engine plane reported electrical issues early Monday afternoon, and opted to return to the runway. As the plane touched down, its landing gear collapsed, causing it to skid off the runway. The FAA is investigating the crash.
