A pedestrian in Santa Rosa has been arrested for carrying a concealed handgun. On Sunday night, police on patrol spotted 19-year-old Zachary Henderson on the 2000 block of Northcoast Street. As they approached him, Henderson tried to hide a backpack from them, placing it underneath a parked vehicle. Police noticed this and searched the backpack where they found a loaded 9mm handgun. Henderson was arrested for possessing a loaded concealed firearm.
