A Santa Rosa man has been identified as the person shot and killed in Cotati over this past weekend. Police say that two people got into an argument over a woman Saturday afternoon on the the 300 block of East Cotati Avenue. It escalated resulting in the shooting death of 25-year-old Enrique Hernandez. Thirty-four-year-old Samuel Meza allegedly shot Hernandez and fled the scene only to be arrested within minutes of the shooting. Meza is being charged with three felony charges of murder and other gun related charges.
