Santa Rosa Plaza is getting a fresh look. The Press Democrat reports that Mike Chavez Painting is updating the plaza’s brick façade in white, gray, and black. It’s expected to take two-and-a-half months with painters working each day from around 6 AM to about 2:30 PM. Chavez Painting recently painted Montgomery Village, totaling 148,000 square feet of wall space. The Santa Rosa Plaza is one of 162 U.S.-based malls owned by Simon Property Group.
