A man and woman from Santa Rosa, whose daughter died from fentanyl exposure, will go on trial early next year. On Monday, a judge set their jury trial for January 26th. The 27-year-old man and 24-year-old woman are each charged with one count of murder and child endangerment. Their 15-month-old daughter died in their home in May of 2022. They are being held behind bars without bail.
