The North Bay has its first confirmed West Nile virus cases of 2023. But, so far, it’s just mosquitoes testing positive, not people. The Marin-Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District confirmed the cases on Tuesday. Adult mosquitoes collected in a trap in Cloverdale tested positive for West Nile virus.
