An evacuation drill is set for next week for some Cotati and Rohnert Park Residents. Next Wednesday, September 20th, starting at 4 PM, officers from the Cotati Police Department, Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety and the Sonoma State University Police Department will drive their areas for about 15 minutes blaring hi-lo sirens. Residents may hear the sirens followed by an announcement reminding residents, “This is a drill”. Cotati and Rohnert Park are urging residents to find their evacuation zone in case of an emergency.
