One person is dead after a crash on a highway in Napa County. The Tuesday afternoon crash happened on Highway 128 near Wragg Canyon Road and involved a motorcycle and a dump truck. The motorcyclist, who hasn’t been identified, died from his injuries. The bike had reportedly crossed the double yellow lines and hit the truck’s left side. Alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor.
