The man who died Tuesday afternoon on Highway 128 near Lake Berryessa after his motorized three-wheeler collided with a dump truck has been identified as Bobby Patton. Patton, whose vehicle was originally described as a motorcycle, was headed west and the dump truck east when, for unknown reasons, the trike crossed the double-yellow center line into the truck’s path. The trike then crashed into the truck’s left side. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to be a factor.
