A man is facing DUI charges after crashing into a business in Santa Rosa. Police say, on Wednesday afternoon, Jesus Carreno-Ortiz crashed into a building on the 2400-block of Dutton Avenue, then went inside and tried to buy alcohol. He allegedly had a blood-alcohol content of four times the legal limit. The 34-year-old is also accused of driving with a suspended license. Ortiz suffered significant injuries in the crash.
