An 18-year-old man is behind bars on suspicion of DUI causing death after a crash that killed his 19-year-old passenger near Graton. The California Highway Patrol says Pedro Lopezsantos, a Healdsburg resident, was speeding at the time of Sunday’s crash. Lopezsantos was also injured in the crash but has been released from the hospital. He remains behind bars on 100-thousand-dollars bail. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending family notification.
