The Israel-Hamas war is bringing out protesters and counter-protesters in Downtown Santa Rosa. On Sunday afternoon, upwards of 80 people gathered for a pro-Palestinian rally in Courthouse Square. The group condemned the Israeli government’s campaign to clear the Gaza Strip. Across the street, two men held a large Israeli flag. The Press Democrat reports there were arguments between the two groups but no violence.
