A man was found dead alongside a Lake County road. On Tuesday night, CHP got a call about a possible injured pedestrian around State Route 29 and Hofacker Lane, near Lower Lake. Emergency crews responded but the man was pronounced dead on the shoulder of the northbound lane of State Route 29. CHP is investigating the cause of death.
