Three very expensive stolen bicycles were recovered during a traffic stop. On Friday morning, an officer pulled over an SUV with an broken brake light on the 1900-block of Santa Rosa Avenue. While chatting with the driver, the officer saw the bikes the in back of the SUV and became suspicious. Dispatch informed them that a person reported her garage had been burglarized and 3 expensive bicycles were stolen, and believed it may be related to the officer’s traffic stop. The victim identified the bikes, worth over $15,000, as theirs. The driver, 45-year-old Shan Titman, was arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property.
