The Santa Rosa community continues to mourn a 17-year-old girl who was killed in a car crash earlier this month. More than 300 people were in Old Courthouse Square on Saturday night, attending a vigil for Emma Walker. The driver of the car Walker was in, a 21-year-old man, is suspected of DUI and has been charged with vehicular manslaughter. The other two passengers, a 19-year-old man and 17-year-old boy, are still hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
