The two victims of a plane crash in a rural area west of Covelo were Utah residents. The 54-year-old man and 51-year-old woman were identified by authorities during the weekend. The crash happened west of Round Valley Airport on October 20th. The NTSB is still investigating the crash, but believes it happened shortly after takeoff.
