A Napa man has been identified as the driver killed in a fatal head-on crash north of the city. Fifty-seven-year-old Luis Padilla Quezada died at the crash site on Silverado Trail last Monday Morning. His sedan crashed head-on with a truck between Yountville Cross Road and Oak Knoll Avenue while he was on his way to work. A GoFundMe set up for a service for Quezada states he was a father of three and a grandfather as well as a Napa Valley Vineyard Worker for Over 30 years.
