The man behind bars on suspicion of stealing a Humvee from the California National Guard Armory in Santa Rosa has been charged with six felonies and two misdemeanors. The charges against the 34-year-old include vandalism with more than 400 dollars in damage, shooting from a vehicle and driving or taking a vehicle without consent. The Humvee was stolen on July 3rd. It reemerged on Tuesday, when the driver allegedly shot at an unoccupied PG&E truck. He was arrested after a pursuit that spanned several cities.
