Santa Rosa-based nonprofit organization Social Advocates for Youth is shaking some things up as it deals with economic setbacks, including delayed payments from the Sonoma County Department of Health Services. The 53-year-old organization has dismissed its CEO. Former CEO Anita Maldonado had held the position for more than three years. SAY has also entered into what it calls a “strategic partnership” with Sebastopol-based TLC Child and Family Services. That nonprofit also offers support and shelter to young people in need. TLC’s Chief Executive Officer, Susan Fette, has been named interim CEO of SAY.
