An unregistered handgun has been recovered after a traffic stop in Santa Rosa. On Wednesday night, an officer pulled over a car that had heavily tinted front windows. Cops did a pat down of the driver and passenger, Jorge Lozano-Casillas, but found nothing. However, upon searching the car, officers found a loaded Glock handgun that was unregistered. Lozano-Casillas was arrested for possession of a loaded firearm not registered to his person and carrying a concealed firearm while in a vehicle. The driver was released at the scene.
