There are new details about the arrest of a man from Windsor, who is facing ten felony charges. Twenty-eight-year-old Brandon Lowrie was arrested Friday afternoon after allegedly pointing a gun at two people, then fleeing to a relative’s house in Santa Rosa. Police later searched his home, and found evidence that he was manufacturing guns, along with a homemade suppressor. Police say he was also found in possession of meth and a concealed fixed-blade knife at the time of his arrest. Lowrie is due in court tomorrow morning. His bail amount was upped to a million dollars.
