A Petaluma man has been arrested for possessing fentanyl and meth. Early Thursday morning, Petaluma police contacted a man sleeping in his car on Rovina Lane. The officer searched the vehicle and found multiple individual packages of fentanyl weighing over 24 grams in total. A small package of suspected meth was also found along with drug paraphernalia. The man, 27-year-old Kevin Donohoe, was arrested on multiple charges including possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of meth, and drug paraphernalia.
