Five people have been arrested in Santa Rosa for firearm possession and gang offenses. On Sunday night, officers pulled over a vehicle near the intersection of Hearn Avenue and Santa Rosa Avenue. They searched the vehicle and found a loaded 9mm semi-automatic unregistered privately made handgun, otherwise known as a ghost gun. Officers also found several items inside of the vehicle commonly associated with members of a criminal street gang. The driver Joseph Cervantes, his front passenger, David Dias, and three unnamed juveniles in the backseat were all arrested.
