The Santa Rosa Police Department is launching a social media campaign in hopes of finding missing people. The department will start sharing the photos and last known locations of several residents who have been reported missing. In several cases, the trails to find these people have gone cold after they have been missing for several years. That’s where police hope the public can come through with tips. Authorities will share weekly, detailed posts about a few missing people at a time, rather than one long list. Five people were on the initial list this week. But, thanks to the help of the community, one person has already been found.
