The North Bay is gearing up for up to six inches of rain and 50-mile-per-hour wind gusts tonight and tomorrow. An atmospheric river is on its way after a warm weekend and Monday. Temperatures were in the high 60s and low 70s in most areas on Monday, which is about ten degrees above normal. On Sunday, Santa Rosa and Napa each tied high temperature records for the January 28th date. Santa Rosa was at 72 degrees, tying a record set in 1984. Napa was at 71 degrees, tying a record set in 1976.
