More students than ever are attending University of California schools. A new report shows the system jumped to an all-time high for enrollment last fall, topping 295-thousand. The number of undergraduates also hit a record of more than 233-thousand students. What’s more, most of them are considered in-state, about 83-percent. The three most competitive undergrad campuses are UC Berkeley, UCLA and UC San Diego.
