Few California Democrats Looking to Repeal Income Based Utility Bill

Some Democrats in California are now looking to change a law they passed two years ago that will charge people for utilities based on their income. The Union Tribune says lawmakers received complaints about the income based system that was passed in 2022. Republicans are already against the new rules and 15 Democrats have now introduced a measure to try and repeal the law.
