About 450 PG&E customers in Sonoma County lost power over the weekend due to the heavy rainstorm that arrived on Sunday. As of this morning, there are over 190 outages in Sonoma County with 114 south of Sebastopol around Blucher Valley Road. There are also reports of downed trees blocking Highway 128 near Knights Valley. This storm is expected to bring at least two inches of rain to most of the North Bay with up to four inches of rain expected in the higher elevations.
