Homeless people living in a temporary RV village in Sebastopol get to stay for about a month longer than anticipated. In late November, people living in the village, called Horizon Shine, were told they had until March 3rd to move out. But, there was a mistake in how paperwork was worded, meaning eviction notices can’t be sent out until February 28th. That means the eviction process, which could take up to 38 days, won’t start until February 28th. The land is eventually going to be redeveloped into a housing complex for people with extremely low incomes.
