There are new details about a very short but eventful police chase that ended in the arrests of two men in Windsor. Authorities say the 20-year-old driver and 21-year-old passenger, both Sonoma County residents, fled in a stolen car last Friday night. The chase ended 10 seconds later after they crashed into three other vehicles, injuring a person inside one of them, but not seriously. Two kids were in one of the three vehicles that were hit, leading to an added child endangerment charge for the driver. The suspects ran away after the crash but were quickly caught and arrested. Police say the chase went about a quarter-mile.
