California isn’t the state with the highest rent. That’s according to a report from the bill-paying service Doxo, which found California has the second-highest monthly rent in the U.S. The report found that residents in the Golden State pay over 25-hundred-dollars in monthly bills, on average. Researchers looked at bills including utilities, cable and internet, auto loan payments and phone service. Hawaii was ranked as the state with the highest monthly rent.
