Sonoma County’s voter turnout is a lot higher than it appeared to be on election night. Elections officials say they have received more than 73-thousand ballots since Tuesday. Added to the election night total of more than 76-thousand ballots, that takes the voter turnout to nearly 50 percent. The second round of ballots that came in have yet to be processed. Ballots postmarked by March 5th and received before March 12th are valid.
