Fire at Motel 6 South 3-15-24 (Santa Rosa Fire Department)
One person suffered minor burns after a fire at a Santa Rosa motel. It happened Friday morning at the Motel 6 South where smoke and flames were coming from the door and window of a first floor room. The fire was brought under control in about 15 minutes. The burn victim was treated partially at the scene and then taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. A total of 6 rooms had significant smoke or water damage and the room of origin was a total loss. The fire is under investigation but appears to be accidental.
