A DUI driver has been arrested in Santa Rosa after crashing into another vehicle. On Saturday night, 50-year-old Gerald Ernest Mello II was speeding and driving under the influence when he hit another car near the intersection of Montgomery Drive and Jacqueline Drive. The crash sent at least one of the cars into the yard of a house. The people in the other vehicle suffered minor injures and were taken to a local hospital. Mello was arrested for two felony counts of DUI causing injury.
