Santa Rosa Woman with Stolen Vehicle Arrested in Ukiah

A Santa Rosa woman has been arrested in Ukiah for driving a stolen vehicle. Last Friday evening, Ukiah’s license plate reading camera system alerted police to a stolen vehicle out of Petaluma traveling northbound in the area of North Orchard Avenue and East Perkins Street. Police searched the area and found the car backing out of a parking stall located in the Pear Tree Shopping Center. It was pulled over and the driver, 29-year-old Karina Osorio, was arrested without incident. She was charged with possession of stolen property-vehicle, driving on a suspended license, driving without a required interlock device, and violation of probation. Orosio also had a warrant for her arrest from Marin County for driving on a suspended license.
