It’s expected to finally feel like spring in the North Bay this week. The National Weather Service is calling for “abundant sunshine” and says temperatures should reach 80 degrees by Thursday. Sunny and dry conditions are expected through at least Friday. Whether the rainfall is over for the remainder of the spring remains to be seen. But, the National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center says, through May 3rd, the chances of rain are 50 to 60 percent below normal.
