The body of a teenager who went was pulled under by strong currents has been found in the Russian River. His body was found Friday morning near Steelhead Beach north of Forestville. The 15-year-old’s body was recovered by an underwater remotely operated vehicle. He was reported missing in the river along with another teenage boy last Thursday afternoon near 9000 River Road. The other teenage boy managed to get out of the water and was taken to a local hospital. Rescuers searched for the missing teen until 11 PM Thursday night and resumed their search Friday morning until they found his body.
