A skull that was found near Monte Rio in 2001 has been identified. The person has been identified through DNA as Jeffrey Thomas Rupen, a North Carolina native. Authorities are now working to determine how he died.

Second Teenage Victim in Healdsburg Stabbing Found But Still No Arrests Made
