Santa Rosa code enforcement officials are investigating eight massage businesses. The businesses may be operating without the proper certifications. Those allegations turned out to be true during two investigations in February. At one business, none of the employees had the personal certifications required by the state to perform massages. At another, the business certificate didn’t appear to be an original copy, and the name on the certificate didn’t match anyone who worked there.
